Heritage Handcrafts Dimensional Paint are used with brass stencil and the mini squeegee. Paints may be allowed to air dry for a smooth finish, (20min to 1 hour) or may be heated with a heat tool for a weathered old world look. You are able to use the new formula on fabic, apply it the same way, leave to dry for 24 hours and then heat set it from the back. 21 colour to chose from.
